Combined Shipping
Sometimes it is possible to receive a slightly better rate when combining a large order (orders through the cart will automatically add an individual cost per item) however, in most cases we don’t always cover what we are being charged (especially in rural areas).

Pickup from Geelong & Pakenham VIC
You are welcome to pick up from us in Geelong free of charge between our opening hours. We can also organise for you to collect your order from our Pakenham Satellite Store Tuesday to Friday. All Pakenham orders need to be transferred from our Geelong warehouse so you will need to allow one week before collection can take place.
Items in Transit
Once your order leaves our warehouse we no longer have control over when it will be delivered. We do provide tracking numbers and provide a contact number to the courier so delivery can be arranged. However, sometimes they may give very little notice or turn up without notification.
If this occurs we do apologise as we do everything possible (especially if arrangements have been made prior for special requests) but ultimately it is out of our hands as we are not the courier. All consignments are covered under transit insurances so please notify us immediately should your order appear damaged.
